Dash In, a division of The Wills Group, is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The role supervises food-service back-of-house operations, including team training, inventory management, food preparation, cleanliness, quality and safety compliance, productivity, waste reduction, equipment maintenance coordination, and daily execution. Candidates need at least one year of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail, a high school diploma or GED (or ability to complete an employer-paid GED), multitasking and problem-solving ability, technology proficiency including inventory software, and strong team leadership; ServSafe certification is a plus. The position pays $18.00–$22.50 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour overnight.
