The role supervises employees, schedules shifts, hires and trains staff, evaluates performance, maintains equipment and inventory, ensures food safety and quality, and supports recipe and menu development. A high school diploma or GED is required, while industrial kitchen or food manufacturing experience is highly preferred; the position also requires physical work in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous food-production environment.
