atis is hiring a permanent, full-time Back of House Supervisor to run and organise high-volume kitchen operations across preparation and service, lead and coach kitchen staff, maintain food quality and presentation, enforce food safety and hygiene, coordinate with front of house, and support stock control and ordering. The role pays £14.50 per hour plus a bonus of up to £1.25 per hour, with an equivalent annual salary of £33,930 plus bonus based on a 45-hour week.
