Tiger Correctional Services is hiring a full-time, non-exempt, entry-level Kitchen Supervisor to oversee food service operations at Leflore County Jail. The role prepares meals, maintains sanitation and safety standards, assigns and oversees labor, manages inventory and stock, performs quality checks, and ensures compliance with security and facility procedures. The position pays $14.00 per hour plus benefits, includes paid training, and requires applicants to be at least 21 years old, pass a background check, and meet the stated physical and computer skills requirements.
