Tiger Correctional Services is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to manage food service operations at Jackson County Jail. The role involves preparing meals according to recipes, ensuring hygiene standards, overseeing staff, managing inventory, conducting quality checks, and adhering to safety protocols. This entry-level position requires excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. A physical capacity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects is also necessary. The schedule includes rotating weekend shifts, starting at 5 AM and ending at 1:30 PM.
