Tiger Correctional Services is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to manage food service operations at Lee County Jail in Tupelo, Mississippi. The role involves preparing meals according to recipes and menus, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, overseeing staff, managing inventory, conducting quality checks, and complying with security procedures. This entry-level position requires excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. A physical capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds is also necessary.
