Dash In, a division of The Wills Group, is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor in Prince Frederick, Maryland. The role leads back-of-house kitchen operations, including training associates, managing inventory, overseeing food preparation and cleanliness, ensuring food quality and health-safety compliance, improving productivity, minimizing waste, and communicating operational needs to the BOH Manager. Candidates need at least one year of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail, a high school diploma or GED, multitasking and problem-solving ability, comfort with inventory technology, and strong team leadership skills. The position pays $18.00–$22.50 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour overnight.
