Dash In, a division of The Wills Group, is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor in Wilmington, Delaware. The full-time role supervises food-service or retail kitchen operations, including team training, inventory management, food preparation, cleanliness, quality control, health and safety compliance, productivity, waste reduction, equipment maintenance coordination, and daily task execution. Candidates need at least one year of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail, a high school diploma or GED (or ability to complete an employer-paid GED program), multitasking and problem-solving ability, technology proficiency with inventory software, and team leadership skills. Active ServSafe certification is a plus.
