Comcast Spectacor is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of concessions at the Flyers Training Center. The role involves training and scheduling part-time staff, developing catering menus, cooking in high-demand shifts, creating catering opportunities, organizing and cleaning the concessions area, increasing sales and efficiency, and maintaining quality, customer service, and health and safety standards. The position requires 1–3 years of food service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and availability for nights and weekends.
