Ingleside is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor for its Westminster at Lake Ridge senior living community in Lake Ridge, Virginia. The role supervises daily dining services operations, including kitchen setup, resident dining satisfaction, staff training, catering events, inventory, ordering, and compliance with health and food regulations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and three to five years of restaurant supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation is $18.36 to $22.95 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
