Description
The Culinary Associate supervises cooks and kitchen workers, coordinates food preparation and presentation, monitors portions, stock, food safety logs, and product quality, and supports guests and employees. The role also assists with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee development, while following safety, security, and company policies. A technical, trade, or vocational school degree and 4 to 6 years of related work experience are preferred, along with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
