Marcus Theatres is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for its Oakdale Cinema location to oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare food for banquet and restaurant use, inspect food quality, schedule staff, supervise and train employees, manage food ordering and storage, maintain sanitation, and support special orders. The role requires at least two years of supervisory or management experience in a similar operation, two to three years as a lead cook, food preparation knowledge, safety and sanitation knowledge, experience with kitchen equipment, and basic mathematical skills.
