Description
The Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Repair Technician will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, food preparation, and warewashing equipment in a professional facilities environment. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment testing, parts procurement, manufacturer coordination, maintenance documentation, emergency service support, and recommendations for equipment replacement or modernization. Candidates must be United States citizens, hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least five years of commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance experience, and possess Top Secret clearance.
