The Kitchen Team Leader will prepare, cook, and present food to customer and specification standards, maintain hygiene and safety, support and coordinate the kitchen team during busy service, and deputise for management when needed. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, deliver high-quality meals, adapt to service challenges, and communicate in spoken and written English, including allergen controls.
