Premier Inn is recruiting a part-time Kitchen Team Member for its Perth City Centre location. The role is a fixed-term contract through 29 October 2026, with 20 guaranteed hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour. Duties include ingredient preparation, cooking and plating breakfast and dinner meals, kitchen cleaning and organization, receiving deliveries, stock management, and coordinating with the hotel team. Prior hotel experience is not required; reliability, teamwork, composure during busy periods, and willingness to learn are emphasized.
