Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is hiring a Kitchen Technician in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, to maintain and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment, appliances, refrigeration, ventilation, and other food-service systems. The role includes emergency repairs, preventive inspections, maintenance records, spare-parts inventory, equipment commissioning, and coordination with kitchen staff and management. Candidates need experience in kitchen or building maintenance, technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work safely and independently.
