The role includes routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair scheduling, inventory management, recordkeeping, and adherence to safety procedures. Candidates need prior Kitchen Technician or similar experience, commercial kitchen equipment knowledge, troubleshooting ability, problem-solving skills, physical stamina, communication skills, weekend and holiday flexibility, and UAE residency.
