Description
The Kitchen Utility Worker supports food service in the Nutrition Services department by setting up workstations, serving customers, preparing and portioning hot and cold items, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and areas, storing and replenishing food supplies, recording temperatures, and maintaining food safety standards. The role requires basic reading, writing, instruction-following, math, equipment operation, and safe food-handling skills; no degree or diploma is required. The work shift is variable with 24 scheduled weekly hours.
