Compass Group is hiring immediately for full- and part-time Kitchen Utility Lead positions at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. The role supports shift supervisors and department directors, assigns and adjusts schedules, provides customer service, trains and assists team members, conducts quality-assurance surveys, monitors equipment issues, and relieves supervisors when needed. Applicants must have two years of dishwashing or porter experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM, with pay of $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
