Description
Whirlpool is hiring a KitchenAid Quality Senior Analyst to own quality systems and metrics for the Small Appliances portfolio, including the stand mixer. The role leads proactive product quality improvements, responds to emerging quality issues through root cause analysis, owns 5-Star, 1 & 2-Star, and SIR workstreams, communicates with regional and global partners, supports product improvement projects, identifies warranty recovery opportunities, and serves as a technical contact for regional quality teams. The position is onsite at the St. Joseph Tech Center in Michigan and requires a bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of experience in quality, product design, manufacturing, engineering, or supplier quality.
