The Kith Operations Associate is responsible for managing the flow of merchandise from delivery to the retail sales floor, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves executing tasks under the guidance of the Operations Management team, focusing on product organization, upkeep, and maintaining a clean workspace. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership to streamline product cycles, adhering to SOPs, completing tasks efficiently, providing excellent customer service, assisting with housekeeping, and participating in inventory and merchandising efforts.
