The Kith Operations Associate is responsible for managing the flow of merchandise from delivery to the retail sales floor, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves executing tasks under the guidance of the Operations Management team, maintaining product organization, and contributing to a clean and safe workspace. Key responsibilities include partner task execution, adhering to SOPs, completing assigned tasks efficiently, providing excellent customer service, assisting with housekeeping, and participating in inventory and merchandising activities.
