Description
Buck Mason is hiring a Knitting Mill Operations Manager to lead daily knitting mill operations, including production planning, team leadership, quality control, yarn purchasing, dyeing and finishing coordination, equipment maintenance, capacity planning, and mill performance improvement. The role requires 5–10+ years of textile manufacturing, knitting, or mill operations experience, hands-on circular knitting expertise, and is required to be performed in person five days per week. The base salary is $80,000–$90,000 per year, with possible bonuses and other performance-based perks.
