Description
Sia is hiring a Knowledge Analyst to collect, curate, classify, and govern strategic knowledge from internal and external sources. The role uses AI-enabled tools such as NLP, semantic search, document classification, and automated tagging to improve knowledge repositories, supports consulting teams in retrieving relevant content, generates usage and quality reports, and contributes to knowledge management standards and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support, familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases, SharePoint experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent English communication.
