Mercury is hiring a Knowledge & Enablement Lead to own the knowledge framework, documentation standards, governance, training, and certification systems for its risk operations and BPO partners. The role designs operating models and cadences, partners with internal and vendor enablement teams, sets requirements for teams outside its reporting line, and measures program effectiveness. It requires 7–10+ years of experience in knowledge management, enablement, operational training, or related functions, along with experience in regulated or complex control-oriented environments and BPO operations. The role offers base salary of $163,000–$203,800 USD for eligible United States employees.
