The Knowledge and Learning Development Manager will lead development and training processes for the Nursing Initiative, which supports aging and caregiving professionals in Israel. Responsibilities include designing and organizing learning processes, writing professional materials, collaborating with government and organizational stakeholders, and delivering learning days, study days, conferences, and trainer facilitation. The role is full-time, hybrid, and starts immediately; applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, at least three years of learning-development experience, at least two years of group facilitation experience, and experience facilitating trainers and professional teams.
