Reward Gateway is hiring a Technical Writer to build and maintain expert content for its knowledge base, product documentation, help center, and instructional materials. The role involves identifying knowledge gaps, collaborating with product and technical teams, creating how-to guides and process flows, measuring content performance, and maintaining strong product knowledge. Candidates should have prior technical writing experience, strong technical writing tools knowledge, proficiency in English, and experience working across multiple teams; Zendesk and AI-tool experience are preferred. The position offers flexible hybrid working from Sofia or Plovdiv.
