Clifford Chance is hiring a senior Knowledge Lawyer to lead its London Corporate Transactions & Advisory Knowledge & Training and Thought Leadership team. The role combines company law and corporate governance expertise with knowledge management, legal and regulatory analysis, template maintenance, training, thought leadership, client communications, legal technology adoption, and support for external company law committees. It is a hybrid position based in London and requires significant senior experience in company law and corporate governance, with M&A and legal technology experience beneficial.
