Description
IFS is hiring an AI Engineer to build and curate the ontology, knowledge graph, grounding infrastructure, MCP servers, retrieval systems, skills routing, control plane, evaluation harness, and operational practices that enable AI agents to understand IFS software and reason accurately over customer data. The role requires strong backend software engineering, production enterprise-system experience, LLM and agentic-AI expertise, knowledge-graph and semantic-modelling skills, and the ability to translate domain expertise into machine-usable models. The position offers a hybrid remote and in-office arrangement.
