Clifford Chance is hiring a Knowledge Lawyer in Sydney to support its Knowledge & Training and Thought Leadership team. The role focuses on corporate and M&A matters, including reviewing and developing templates and precedents, managing knowledge databases, facilitating post-deal reviews, delivering training and legal-development updates, and analysing legal and regulatory changes. It is intended for a senior lawyer or existing Knowledge Lawyer, with flexible or part-time arrangements including 3 to 4 days per week.
