The Infra Tech Support Practitioner provides ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, software products, configured services, servers, networks, and operating systems. The role includes L1 and L2 troubleshooting, hardware and software support, incident and change management, vendor coordination, performance monitoring, and mentoring junior team members. It requires at least five years of experience in Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design, 15 years of full-time education, and is based at the Bengaluru office.
