Description
CRS is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to support a Blanket Purchase Agreement delivering Enterprise Knowledge Management services to a U.S. Combatant Command headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. The role structures, tags, and organizes enterprise content; configures SharePoint portals, workflows, and collaboration workspaces; supports knowledge capture and transfer; prepares structured knowledge assets for dashboards and analytic tools; maintains taxonomies and metadata; documents processes; supports records management; and delivers training and adoption materials. The position requires a U.S. citizen, an active Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility, a related bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of relevant knowledge management or business analysis experience, and hands-on SharePoint and M365 experience.
