Description

The Knowledge Management & Data Systems Architect will support the U.S. Navy Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE by developing and sustaining enterprise knowledge systems, operational data platforms, databases, reporting workflows, analytics, and decision-support tools. The role covers data ingestion, schema and metadata standards, database performance optimization, automated reporting, dashboards, SharePoint collaboration platforms, data integration, and SOP development, with 10% CONUS/OCONUS travel and a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance requirement.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Science, Knowledge Management, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of experience supporting knowledge management, enterprise data systems, database development, analytics, or information management
Experience managing or supporting enterprise collaboration platforms such as SharePoint
Experience designing or maintaining relational databases and enterprise data repositories
Experience generating analytical reports, dashboards, or automated reporting tools supporting operational decision making
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including process descriptions and operational checklists
Experience working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or similar analytical tools
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for data processing, including Python or PowerShell
