The role manages legal knowledge resources, precedents, forms, research materials, training, current-awareness initiatives, thought leadership, and client-service efficiency projects, while using AI-powered tools for document management, search, analytics, document assembly, and legal research. The position requires a bachelor's degree, Juris Doctor, active New York Bar membership, at least two years of knowledge management experience, and at least five years of restructuring legal experience at a large law firm. The role may require time in the New York, Miami, and Houston offices.
