WFP is hiring a Knowledge Management Strategy Consultant to develop a comprehensive knowledge management strategy and implementation roadmap. The role includes stakeholder engagement, desk reviews, interviews, surveys, focus groups, benchmarking, strategy and operating-model development, technology recommendations, resource and budget estimates, KPIs, monitoring tools, and final presentation. Candidates need an advanced university degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of experience developing knowledge management strategies for international organizations, preferably within the UN system.
