HCRC is seeking a Knowledge Management Resource to lead knowledge management strategy and execution, develop standards and best practices, maintain internal websites and collaborative platforms, administer Microsoft SharePoint, develop Power Apps solutions, create Power BI reports, support cross-functional knowledge-sharing initiatives, and lead training and change management. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in knowledge management, information systems, or a related discipline, along with expertise in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
