EngineeRD Solutions, LLC. is seeking a part-time Knowledge Management Systems Engineer to develop, refine, and maintain client-hosted knowledge management infrastructure within the Microsoft 365 environment. The role involves collaborating with industry partners and clients to modernize SharePoint and M365 workloads, performing IT service requests, drafting SOPs and technical reports, designing entity relationship diagrams, implementing SharePoint and M365 policies, building Power Apps and Microsoft Forms, conducting root cause analysis, managing a knowledge base, writing technical documentation, ensuring site availability, deploying Power Automate workflows, creating Power BI dashboards, extracting and loading datasets, contributing to performance reports, and working remotely.
