EngineeRD Solutions, LLC is hiring an intern Knowledge Management Systems Engineer in Fairfax, Virginia with remote flexibility to support a live DoD knowledge management program. The role focuses on maintaining and improving Microsoft 365/SharePoint-based client-hosted knowledge management infrastructure, building Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms solutions, performing ITIL-style issue management and root cause analysis, documenting processes and technical materials, and assisting with data extraction and analysis. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, have proficiency with Microsoft 365 business apps and data workflows, strong documentation and analytical skills, and U.S. citizenship with Secret-level or higher clearance eligibility.
