Description
Datacom is hiring a Knowledge Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract to manage and improve knowledge across a functional area. The role develops knowledge-sharing processes, tools, content, information architecture, taxonomy, permissions, templates, and style guides; edits subject matter expert contributions; creates manuals and support resources; collaborates with stakeholders on search and taxonomy; and identifies automation opportunities. The position is based in Australia with flexible remote/on-site arrangements, requires Australian Citizenship and eligibility for a Government security clearance, and asks for at least five years of technical writing or knowledge management experience.
