Description
The Knowledge Manager establishes and governs knowledge management practices across service delivery, technology, and business teams. The role owns the lifecycle of knowledge assets, manages enterprise repositories, identifies knowledge gaps, coordinates content creation and publication, analyzes usage and quality, and enables adoption through stakeholder engagement and workshops. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, substantial enterprise knowledge management experience, and strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. The position supports hybrid working and offers a cafeteria allowance, home-office allowance, and private health insurance after six months of tenure.
