IT Veterans LLC is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Knowledge Manager in Washington, D.C. to support the White House Communications Agency modernization portfolio. The role owns requirements and knowledge baselines, maintains bidirectional traceability from requirements through fielded solutions, governs Jira and Confluence, develops executive and detailed reporting, and serves as the primary resource for requirements and program knowledge. The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, Yankee White eligibility, a bachelor's degree, at least 12 years of progressive experience in knowledge, requirements, records, or a related field, and extensive Jira and Confluence experience.
