RMF, a specialized MEP engineering firm with 12 eastern United States offices, is hiring a Knowledge Manager Specialist to own and maintain accurate project, client, employee, business development, and organizational data in Deltek Vantagepoint. The role focuses on data entry, quality audits, record cleanup, standardized procedures, reporting, user support, process improvement, content management, proposal and business development support, searchable creative asset management, website case studies, and firmwide knowledge sharing. The position pays $70,000–$80,000 annually and includes health and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
