CDW is hiring a Knowledge Manager - Technical Writer/Training Enablement for its Managed Services team. The role focuses on developing, standardizing, and implementing knowledge management strategies, processes, systems, and tools; capturing and sharing tacit knowledge; improving business processes and automation; analyzing KM metrics; and conducting training and workshops. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and either 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of work experience, along with experience in ServiceNow, managed services, or operational support. The position offers a pay range of $63,500 to $88,880 plus an annual bonus target and benefits.
