The role involves creating, editing, standardising, and improving technical documentation, support manuals, online help systems, information architecture, taxonomies, search tuning, and knowledge-management automation. It requires New Zealand citizenship, eligibility for a government security clearance, at least three years of technical writing or knowledge-management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. The position is based in New Zealand and may be performed in person or from home.
