PwC is seeking an EMEA Knowledge Management Technology Specialist to improve knowledge findability, reuse, curation, and content delivery through knowledge-management technology programs. The role covers content and records management, information and data architecture, taxonomy and ontology design, metadata standards, content modelling, AI-enabled content enrichment, workflow and low-code automation, API integrations, enterprise knowledge platforms, analytics, search optimization, data governance, and access control. The position requires analytical problem-solving, user-centric information design, project management, confidentiality, and familiarity with PwC Tax and Legal organizations.
