Description
The Cook is responsible for independently managing an assigned kitchen station, preparing mise en place, cooking and plating food according to recipes and quality standards, supporting other kitchen stations, contributing to seasonal menus and new dishes, handling food and supplies, maintaining HACCP hygiene and safety standards, assisting with cleaning, and collaborating with the kitchen and service teams. The role requires a completed EFZ cooking qualification or equivalent experience, strong German skills, flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday work, and willingness to work in a busy environment.
