Description
KOMPASS employees perform scheduled weekly plan-o-gram section resets in Kroger grocery stores. The role involves reading schematics, gathering tags and products, safely breaking down and rebuilding shelving sections, placing products, cleaning work areas, completing reports, supporting customers and store staff, and working independently while meeting productivity and safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, English communication, a smartphone with data access, personal tape measure and safety gloves, and the ability to perform demanding lifting, standing, reaching, bending, and temperature-exposure duties. Retail experience is desired.
