Description

ISW is hiring an entry-level, full-time Korean Peninsula Intelligence Analysis Intern for its Spring 2027 program, with applications accepted on a rolling basis until November 13, 2026. The intern will collect and analyze open-source information in native-language sources, contribute to the weekly Korean Peninsula Update, support longer-term intelligence products, edit and compile publications, and assist with briefings and public events. The role requires strong writing, editing, oral communication, critical language capabilities in Korean, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and physically present in the United States during the internship. A scholarship application is available for candidates with financial need, offering up to a $1,000 monthly living stipend.
