Description

DaCodes is hiring a Senior Kubernetes Technical Support Engineer to provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for an enterprise AI vision platform running on Kubernetes. The role involves troubleshooting on-premises Kubernetes deployments, investigating complex incidents, reproducing customer environments, managing support tickets, communicating with enterprise customers, and collaborating with Engineering and other teams. The position is fully remote, prefers Latin America, and requires availability for U.S. East Coast business hours.

Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of technical support experience
Hands-on production Kubernetes experience
On-premises or customer-managed Kubernetes support

Linux troubleshooting and administration
Kubernetes networking, storage, ingress, and DNS
Containers, monitoring, logging, and observability
