eClerx is hiring a full-time KYC Analyst in Lima, Peru to support periodic and trigger-based Know Your Customer reviews. The role manages client outreach for KYC document collection, coordinates with relationship managers and compliance teams, tracks outstanding documentation, maintains communication logs, supports audit readiness, escalates delays, and contributes to process improvement. Candidates need 2–4 years of experience in KYC support, outreach, or client servicing, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish and English; financial services or compliance experience is preferred.
